Located on a property with horses, this Holiday cottage is housed in a local stone house that has retained its authentic character and exposed beams.
First floor: dining room/kitchen, living room with fireplace (wood supplied). Upstairs: Mezzanine bed lounge with reading area and sleeping area with 1 curtained 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed and access to balcony, 1 glass-enclosed Kids area with 2 90cm beds, shower room with toilet.
Private terrace overlooking the shared 400 m² enclosed courtyard, 100 m² private garden 10 m from the kitchen door, plancha.
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bathtub.
Heating by pellet stove, payable locally according to consumption.
Shelter with Green Up socket for recharging electric vehicle.
Table tennis on request.
Horses welcome (in box or paddock, see owner for conditions and rates).

Natomlula Un Noël à la chaleur du poêle et de la cheminée
Conforme à nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour passer un court séjour en mode cocooning et jeux de société au chaud devant la cheminée...

grenouille avis objectif
Très jolie maison que nous pourrions découvrir sous des cieux plus cléments.
La pluie étant au rendez-vous, nous n'avons malheureusement, pas pu profiter de l'extérieur.
Une prochaine fois sans doute.

Le Dou Repos à la campagne
Gîte très bien équipé, très propre. Ce gîte est très bien situé : campagne, silence, repos de rigueur.
Le gîte est prés de commerces : La Rochefoucauld-en-Angoumois : commerces de proximités et centre commercial.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très disponibles, et extrêmement sympathique.
