Gîte adjoining other dwellings on an organic winegrowing estate in the Cognac vineyards, 3 km from Cognac.

First floor: living room/kitchen (1 sofa bed for 1 person), wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 120cm bed, shower room with wc. Radio, DVD player, WIFI internet access, board games. Additional wood for fireplace.
Private, fenced, flower-filled 60 m² courtyard. Shared grounds, bike shed, badminton, pétanque.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, booster seat, potty, bathtub.

    Ciel bleu après la pluie

    Un gite confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Des propriétaires vraiment agréables. Avec en plus un temps magnifique. Je recommande, bien sûr !

    Excellent accueil

    Une propriétaire adorable qui a été très réactive dans la réservation, un panier de légumes et de fruits nous attendaient à notre arrivée.
    J’avais oublié mon sac de draps et à la dernière minute ma propriétaire m’en a fourni
    Un tres joli gîte au milieu des vignes je recommande

    Incroyable

    Accueil incroyable et chaleureux par Dany et Jacques, au milieu des vignes !
    Le gîte est très bien aménagé et l'endroit est très calme.
    C'est un endroit idéal pour se reposer ou pour travailler.

    Le bien vivre

    Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires, attentifs au confort de notre installation, n'hésitant pas à nous guider et nous accompagner à la découverte des particularités locales. Le logement très bien équipé et indépendant autorise en cet été de grande chaleur, de poursuivre la soirée tranquillement au jardin.
    En résumé, nous conservons un très bon souvenir du gîte et de l'accueil qui nous a été fait.

    séjour à Bouthier St Trojan en juin

    C'était très bien seulement deux remarques, la décoration était un peu trop chargée
    trop de coussins et bibelots il fallait donc être très attentionné pour ne pas détériorer les bibelots.
    Autre point important à la période ou nous y étions qui était une période chaude, il faisait trop chaud dans les chambres sous toit. Une climatisation aurait été très appréciable.
