Gîte adjoining other dwellings on an organic winegrowing estate in the Cognac vineyards, 3 km from Cognac.
First floor: living room/kitchen (1 sofa bed for 1 person), wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 120cm bed, shower room with wc. Radio, DVD player, WIFI internet access, board games. Additional wood for fireplace.
Private, fenced, flower-filled 60 m² courtyard. Shared grounds, bike shed, badminton, pétanque.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, booster seat, potty, bathtub.
Visits to winery and distillery, wine tasting. Organic wine products from the farm.
Holiday cottage Ecogests.
Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage through the Vineyard and along the Charente River. Outdoor playground 3 km away (games, paddling pool, etc.).

Denis&Sylvie Un gite formidable
Séjour fort agréable, au sein d'une propriété viticole. Les propriétaire sont très accueillant. Jacques, nous a expliqué avec détail, le travail de la vigne, de la distillation, pour la fabrication du pineau et du cognac.
Des propriétaires qui savent recevoir leurs hôtes.
Le gîte est très propre et parfaitement silencieux. Ont y trouvent tout ce dont nous avons besoin pendant les vacances en couple, avec en plus, la télévision et le Wi-Fi, bien quand vacances, cela deviens aléatoire.
Question confort, malgré des bons lits, j'ai mis 4 sur 5, uniquement à cause de la grandeur de ceux-ci, moi qui fait près de 1.90 M.
