Corinne and Philippe welcome you to the villa Côté Jardin, between the church and the port. The motto here is "Put the car down and do everything on foot". City center with shops, Market (3 times a week), restaurants: 300m from the Holiday cottage. And if you fancy a swim, there's a small swimming pool and the beach at Marennes, 3 km away, just a short pedal away. Between the Ile d'Oléron and Royan, Marennes, the land of oysters, promises an iodized vacation.
Semi-detached house 17G65177, independent entrance:
- Kitchen, living room, sitting room.
- 3 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 x 200), shower room and WC. Bedroom 2 with a 2-person bed (180 x 200). Bedroom 3 with two 1-person beds (90 x 190, can be twinned to 180).
- Baby bed and high chair available on request.
- Shower room / WC.
- Terrace with garden furniture, pergola, 6 deckchairs, barbecue.
- Private enclosed garden.
- Small 9.6 m² Piscine (3.90m x 2.5m, depth 1.2 m) open from June to September, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, weather permitting.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. La maison est grande, très bien décorée et équipée de tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine a fait un bien fou et le jardin est tellement agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer les propriétaires, mais nous avons été accueillis par Muriel, très sympathique. La maison est facile d'accès, très bien située. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ju28 Le calme
La villa est située au calme mais à 5 min à pieds des premiers commerces et marché, ainsi que du petit port et un parc pour les enfants. Les supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. La villa est bien agencée et une décoration soignée , petite piscine mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir et faire quelques jeux avec les enfants .Merci Philippe pour sa discrétion et à Muriel pour sa disponibilité.

Les Dijonnais Parfait
Un très bon accueil réalisé par Murielle qui nous a en plus très bien conseillé sur tout ce qu'il y avait a faire.
Nous avons pu rencontrer le propriétaire très agréable.
Le logement RAS, juste parfait.
