Corinne and Philippe welcome you to the villa Côté Jardin, between the church and the port. The motto here is "Put the car down and do everything on foot". City center with shops, Market (3 times a week), restaurants: 300m from the Holiday cottage. And if you fancy a swim, there's a small swimming pool and the beach at Marennes, 3 km away, just a short pedal away. Between the Ile d'Oléron and Royan, Marennes, the land of oysters, promises an iodized vacation.
Semi-detached house 17G65177, independent entrance:
- Kitchen, living room, sitting room.
- 3 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 x 200), shower room and WC. Bedroom 2 with a 2-person bed (180 x 200). Bedroom 3 with two 1-person beds (90 x 190, can be twinned to 180).
- Baby bed and high chair available on request.
- Shower room / WC.
- Terrace with garden furniture, pergola, 6 deckchairs, barbecue.
- Private enclosed garden.
- Small 9.6 m² Piscine (3.90m x 2.5m, depth 1.2 m) open from June to September, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, weather permitting.

Val Très belle location et bon séjour
Location conforme au descriptif. Spacieuse et pratique.
Il est juste dommage que le propriétaire soit venu faire l’entretien de la piscine et la tonte de la pelouse lors de notre dernier après-midi.

Ravi que vous ayez passé un bon séjour. Désolé de vous avoir importuné, néanmoins l'entretien du jardin est nécessaire et plus particulièrement en ces journées de canicule. Pour la même raison, la piscine a besoin d'être contrôlée et "équilibrée" au moins deux fois par semaine… Les inconvénients d'un jardin (et d'une piscine) apprécié par tous nos gentils visiteurs. J'espère que vous nous en tiendrez pas rigueur. Amical souvenir et à l'année prochaine ;-)
