On the heights of the pretty village of La Bouille (ranked 6th favorite village of the French in 2022), in a quiet location, independent Holiday cottage offering a private panoramic terrace, entirely renovated, with a breathtaking view of the Seine and the Boats.
An unenclosed garden space, not overlooked, is reserved for you in the owners' shared enclosed garden. Bicycles (adults) are available free of charge.
Dogs and cats welcome
First floor: dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), wood-burning stove. 1st floor accessed via a steep but secure staircase: living room (WIFI, SmartTV, wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed), shower room with toilet and washing machine. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with vanity unit (2 x 1-person beds), 1 bedroom (2 x 1-person beds). Electric heating not included. Sheets and household linen available for hire. Cleaning package available. Visitor's tax. Holiday cottage equipped with water softener.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rémy et Sylvie. Leur accueil est très chaleureux tout en étant discret, ils sont toujours de bons conseils et arrangeants.
La maison , le jardin et la terrasse sont également très agréables, parfaitement meublés et équipés.

Magnifique Superbe gîte
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.
Le gîte est très agréable, très bonne literie, d'une propreté irréprochable. Environnement très calme ce qui rend le séjour agréable. La vue de la terrasse sur la Seine est remarquable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette belle région.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce magnifique gîte dans les hauteurs de la Bouille. L'accueil de nos hôtes a été très chaleureux avec beaucoup d'attentions pour notre confort et notre bien-être. La terrasse avec vue sur la Seine est très agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte.

We had a truly lovely experience at Le Gîte du Manoir d'Heurtebise: the house, which has a lot of charm, is well equipped, and stays relatively cool even on warmer days because of the thick stone walls. The terrace and garden area offer various places to sit in the sun and/or the shade. The surrounding trees - some old and full of character - are the habitat of birds, so nature is close by all the time. In combination with the view of the river Seine from the house and adjoining terrace it is easy to really relax.
The gite is centrally placed to go on cultural trips, and walks in nature. So lots to do and see!
Last but not least the hosts are kind and corteous people: we felt really welcome, in a wonderfull oldfashioned (= good!) way, and have returned with good memories of our stay at Le Gîte du Manoir d'Heurtebise.- Cleanliness
