On the heights of the pretty village of La Bouille (ranked 6th favorite village of the French in 2022), in a quiet location, independent Holiday cottage offering a private panoramic terrace, entirely renovated, with a breathtaking view of the Seine and the Boats.
An unenclosed garden space, not overlooked, is reserved for you in the owners' shared enclosed garden. Bicycles (adults) are available free of charge.
Dogs and cats welcome
First floor: dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), wood-burning stove. 1st floor accessed via a steep but secure staircase: living room (WIFI, SmartTV, wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed), shower room with toilet and washing machine. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with vanity unit (2 x 1-person beds), 1 bedroom (2 x 1-person beds). Electric heating not included. Sheets and household linen available for hire. Cleaning package available. Visitor's tax. Holiday cottage equipped with water softener.

Gaia Un accueil exceptionnel et chaleureux
Nous sommes tombés sous le charme. Les propriétaires sont d'une qualité d'accueil extraordinaire : sourire, disponibilité, conseils, gentillesse... c'est tellement agréable. Le gîte est tout mignon, confortable, très lumineux et parfaitement équipé. On se sent très rapidement chez soi. Et l'environnement est merveilleux : une vue imprenable sur la Seine, notamment depuis la terrasse cosy et cocooning.
Et, cerise sur le gâteau, nos deux petites chiennes étaient les bienvenues. Un séjour féerique.- Cleanliness

L&N Une vue sur la Seine à couper le souffle !
Nous avons passé quelques jours à La Bouille à l'occasion d'un mariage début Août.
Excellent accueil de la part de Sylvie et Rémy, charmants, attentionnés, très sympathiques et discrets
Le gîte surplombe la Seine et est doté d'une vue imprenable.
L'environnement est très calme, à deux pas du village très pittoresque de La Bouille.
Nous le recommandons "chaudement" et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si nous passons à nouveau dans la région.
Nous réitérons tous nos remerciements à Sylvie et Rémy pour leur accueil bienveillant et chaleureux.

Familie Hanf Super Ferienwohnung, schöne Terrasse, top Aussicht
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in La Bouille. Sylvie und Remy haben uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir konnten das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der schönen Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Seine genießen. Viele Grüße aus Kurort Seiffen im Erzgebirge, Deutschland.

Loo159 A good place to stay.
We had an enjoyable stay in this gite. It is a lovely old building, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The steep stairs might cause difficulties for less mobile visitors. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. There are plenty of places to visit and we easily managed the P&R at Zenith to get into Rouen without the car.
The gite's position high above the Seine affords stunning views of the river and we enjoyed watching the ships going up and down as well as the little ferry. The light was ever changing, from mist on the river in the early morning to the sunset in the evening and we can understand why the Impressionists came to this area to paint.
