In the heart of the Perche region, CHEMILLI is a picturesque village with a remarkable church. Nearby, you'll find the "Petites Cités de Caractère" of LA PERRIERE and BELLEME, the city of antiques. If you love nature, put on your shoes and explore the countryside on the hiking trails and in the BELLEME state forest, famous for its oak trees...and mushrooms in season. Ideally placed for exploring the surrounding area (Loire castles, D-Day beaches, Ile de France, Mont Saint Michel), the Perche will also seduce you with its art de vivre, festivals and fine dining.

In a former 18th-century presbytery adjoining the town hall. Ground floor: entrance with laundry area. 1st floor: living room (2-person sofa bed) with built-in kitchenette, 1 bedroom (2 x 80 x 190 cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 160 x 190 cm double bed) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet (access via two steps from staircase). Second floor under mansard roof: large dormitory bedroom (4 beds 80 x 190 cm 1 bed 160 x 190 cm), shower room with wc. Enclosed grounds to rear, shared courtyard with town hall. Electric heating. Ping-pong table, toboggan, small train and pétanque court on the adjoining communal grounds (bring your own boules and rackets). Possibility of bike or motorcycle storage and function room rental (reserved for Holiday cottage only). Possibility of renting for 4/6 people: 324€ in low season, 354€ in mid season and 402€ for the week in high season, 262€ for a two-night weekend and 308€ for a three-night weekend.

    Séjour familial

    Nous avons passé un excellent grand week-end de l'Ascension dans le gîte L'École à Chemilli. Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes accompagnés de nos 3 chiens, et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte !

    Le gîte, situé dans l'ancienne école du bourg, est spacieux, très bien équipé, propre et chargé d'histoire, ce qui lui donne un charme unique. C’est le point de départ idéal pour de magnifiques balades nature.

    Un immense merci à Mélisa pour son accueil absolument parfait, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. C'est tellement agréable d'être reçus de cette manière, d'autant plus avec nos 3 compagnons à quatre pattes qui ont été accueillis à bras ouverts.

    Une parenthèse ressourçante et conviviale au cœur du Perche que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

    Excellent gîte dans le perche !

    Tess beau gîte, spacieux et avec un très joli jardin. La maison est ancienne et a beaucoup de cachet, refaite avec goût. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

    Super week-end à Chemilli

    Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce week-end dans le gîte de Chemilli, nous avons été bien accueilli et ça s'est super bien passé ! Le gîte est spacieux et idéal pour un week-end entre amis.

    séjour dans le Perche

    Très agréable séjour dans le gite de l'ancienne école de Chemilli. Super accueil, très propre, très pratique avec des enfants. Le gite est décoré avec d'anciennes cartes géographiques pour rappeler l'origine du lieu. Je recommande chaleureusement

    2eme séjour et on revient

    Séjour au top.tb région. Personnel de la mairie très accueillant.Gite très bien équipé mais attention au ménage et au petites choses a réparer pour qu il ne perde pas son charme et très très chaud dans les combles cet été..
