In the heart of the Perche region, CHEMILLI is a picturesque village with a remarkable church. Nearby, you'll find the "Petites Cités de Caractère" of LA PERRIERE and BELLEME, the city of antiques. If you love nature, put on your shoes and explore the countryside on the hiking trails and in the BELLEME state forest, famous for its oak trees...and mushrooms in season. Ideally placed for exploring the surrounding area (Loire castles, D-Day beaches, Ile de France, Mont Saint Michel), the Perche will also seduce you with its art de vivre, festivals and fine dining.
In a former 18th-century presbytery adjoining the town hall. Ground floor: entrance with laundry area. 1st floor: living room (2-person sofa bed) with built-in kitchenette, 1 bedroom (2 x 80 x 190 cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 160 x 190 cm double bed) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet (access via two steps from staircase). Second floor under mansard roof: large dormitory bedroom (4 beds 80 x 190 cm 1 bed 160 x 190 cm), shower room with wc. Enclosed grounds to rear, shared courtyard with town hall. Electric heating. Ping-pong table, toboggan, small train and pétanque court on the adjoining communal grounds (bring your own boules and rackets). Possibility of bike or motorcycle storage and function room rental (reserved for Holiday cottage only). Possibility of renting for 4/6 people: 324€ in low season, 354€ in mid season and 402€ for the week in high season, 262€ for a two-night weekend and 308€ for a three-night weekend.

Valérie séjour dans le Perche
Très agréable séjour dans le gite de l'ancienne école de Chemilli. Super accueil, très propre, très pratique avec des enfants. Le gite est décoré avec d'anciennes cartes géographiques pour rappeler l'origine du lieu. Je recommande chaleureusement

Nat29720 2eme séjour et on revient
Séjour au top.tb région. Personnel de la mairie très accueillant.Gite très bien équipé mais attention au ménage et au petites choses a réparer pour qu il ne perde pas son charme et très très chaud dans les combles cet été..

Nanou Séjour entre amis
j’avais réservé ce gite pour les amis de ma fille qui célébrait son anniversaire à quelques kilomètres de là. Nous avons pu avoir le gite plus tôt et partir plus tard car il n’y avait personne le lendemain. Les amis de ma fille ont été ravis de leur séjour, le gite étant très confortable. Accueil très très chaleureux de Melissa la personne qui gère ce gite. Elle se met vraiment en quatre pour que l’experience soit inoubliable!

Ce que nous avons apprécié c'est surtout le calme et l'environnement pour les petits enfants. A notre disposition beaucoup de livres de lecture, des jeux pour les enfants, un terrain super pour jour aux boucles. Les enfants comme les petits enfants souhaitent y revenir. C'est noté
