Just a short walk from the sea—a 20-minute stroll along a picturesque path—perched on the hillside with wild hills stretching as far as the eye can see, L'Epinerie offers a delightful escape into the heart of nature and tranquility, giving you a chance to experience something different. With the owner’s lovely photographs and charcoal drawings, furniture whispering its history, and treasures from flea markets or souvenirs from distant travels, this spacious and cozy retreat is thoughtfully decorated. Frédérique is happy to share her serenity and her favorite local spots. Her house is next door; she offers two Bed and breakfast rooms there. It’s the perfect location to explore the stunning views along the spectacular GR223 coastal trail (a 20-minute walk), go surfing in Sciotot, hike the countless nearby trails, discover local history and culture, or simply relax in the garden! Here, the possibilities are endless. And speaking of the garden, Frédérique generously offers passionate gardeners plenty of cuttings from her remarkable garden.

Detached house with private enclosed garden. Ground floor: living room with pellet stove, TV, fiber-optic Internet access, open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment), shower room (Italian shower) with toilet, laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs one bedroom (Bed 160 x 200), second bedroom (Bed 140x190 + Bed 90x190), desk in each, bathroom with wc. Bed linen and towels provided and included. Beds ready on arrival. Umbrella bed available on request. Cleaning service available on request. Main heating with pellet stove (€7 per bag) and additional electric heating if required. Electricity extra. Wooden terrace. Loungers. Barbecue. Closed bicycle shed. Private parking lot. The house's two bitches welcome their four-legged companions, but cats are more difficult.
