L'Epinerie

Just a stone's throw from the Sea, accessible in 20 minutes on foot via a bucolic path, set in the hills, with wild hills as far as the eye can see, l'Epinerie offers a beautiful interlude, in the heart of nature and calm, the time to experience something different. The spacious, cosy cocoon is decorated with care, featuring the owner's own photos and charcoal drawings, furniture that whispers its own story, antiques and souvenirs from distant travels. Frédérique is happy to share her serenity and her local favorites. Her house is next door and offers 2 bed and breakfast rooms. The ideal location for discovering the remarkable viewpoints of the spectacular GR223 customs trail (20 min. walk), surfing at Sciotot, Hiking on the countless trails in the area, learning about local history and culture, or simply relaxing in the garden! The playground here is inexhaustible. And while we're on the subject of gardens, Frédérique willingly offers cuttings from her remarkable garden to passionate amateurs.

Detached house with private enclosed garden. Ground floor: living room with pellet stove, TV, fiber-optic Internet access, open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment), shower room (Italian shower) with toilet, laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs one bedroom (Bed 160 x 200), second bedroom (Bed 140x190 + Bed 90x190), desk in each, bathroom with wc. Bed linen and towels provided and included. Beds ready on arrival. Umbrella bed available on request. Cleaning service available on request. Main heating with pellet stove (€7 per bag) and additional electric heating if required. Electricity extra. Wooden terrace. Loungers. Barbecue. Closed bicycle shed. Private parking lot. The house's two bitches welcome their four-legged companions, but cats are more difficult.
