Situated on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula, Canville-la-Rocque is a typical little village where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation between land and sea! Just a few kilometers from the beaches, this old house has been completely renovated, preserving the charm of the old stones. The tranquil setting lends itself to relaxation.

Semi-detached house. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove (TV). Kitchen opening onto living room (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). WC. Upstairs, the landing leads to a 1st bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a 2nd bedroom (2 x 90x190cm beds) and a bathroom with WC (2 washbasins and a shower). A workspace is available on the landing.
