Situated on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula, Canville-la-Rocque is a typical little village where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation between land and sea! The church is worth a visit, with its murals recounting the adventures of pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. Just a few kilometers from the beaches, this old house has been completely renovated, preserving the charm of the old stones. The tranquil setting lends itself to relaxation.
Semi-detached house. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove (TV). Kitchen opening onto living room (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). WC. Upstairs, the landing leads to a 1st bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a 2nd bedroom (2 x 90x190cm beds) and a bathroom with WC (2 washbasins and a shower). A workspace is available on the landing. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, tea towel provided. Bathroom linen provided. Cleaning service optional. Electric heating included. First basket of wood free, subsequent baskets at customer's expense (pick-up in store). Unenclosed garden. Private courtyard. Covered terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking space.

Un excellent séjour dans un très beau gîte. Il est spacieux et très bien agencé.
Le coin extérieur étant abrité, nous avons pu en profité tous les jours malgré la petite pluie normande qui s'est parfois invitée (mais pas longtemps). Merci à Yasmina et Paulo pour leur accueil, leurs conseils et les temps de partage et d'échanges que nous avons eus. Et que dire des huitres élevées par Paulo ? Si non que ce sont les meilleures que nous ayons jamais mangées.

Un très beau gite : le charme de l'ancien, combiné aux aspects pratiques qu'une rénovation bien pensée peut apporter.
Accès facile permettant de rayonner dans tout le Cotentin.
A ne pas manquer les fresques classées du Pendu dépendu à l'Eglise de Canville la Rocque, toute proche.

Très agréable gîte avec tout le confort comme à la maison. Au calme et très propre. Très bonnes literies. Après une randonnée, on apprécie de se délasser dans cette belle maison très bien rénovée. Propriétaire très accueillante.
