At the foot of the Avranches hill, this old farmhouse is Serge's family home. With Rachel, his wife, drawing on their experience in welcoming tourists in neighboring Ille et Vilaine, they decided to renovate this stone house surrounded by greenery. You'll find yourself peacefully tucked away at the end of this cul-de-sac, yet within easy reach of all shops and amenities. The bedrooms are large, and the small independent living room on the first floor is a haven of peace.
Detached house. Living room with wood-burning stove. Open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher). Separated by a few steps, independent living room with TV, laundry room (washing machine, basin), shower room and independent toilet. Wifi internet access. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140X190), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 90). A few steps further up, shower room, separate toilet and bedroom 3 (bed 160x200). Electric heating included. All inclusive. Amara Très beau gîte
Très jolie restauration d'une ancienne ferme à la sortie du bourg de Val St Père mais en toute tranquillité. Le gîte est très agréable, joliment décoré et fonctionnel. Propriétaire très agréable également. L'accès à la N175 / A84 en quelques minutes permet de se déplacer facilement dans la région tout autour de la baie du Mont St Michel. A moins d'une demi-heure de route : pointe du Grouin sud, Roche Torin, écomusée de la baie du Mont St Michel, ferme des Cara'meuh, Mont St Michel, Granville, zoo de Champrépus, Villedieu-les-Poëles, ...

Très bon séjour à la fermette d'Emilienne . Gîte super , agréable, bien situé au calme.
Idéale pour les marcheurs comme nous, le GR à deux pas du gîte. Le mont Saint Michel à 50 km de marche par le GR pour les Amateurs. Voila la fermette d'Emilienne vous attend pour passé un agréable séjour " même avec la pluie "- Cleanliness
