At the foot of the Avranches hill, this old farmhouse is Serge's family home. With Rachel, his wife, drawing on their experience in welcoming tourists in neighboring Ille et Vilaine, they decided to renovate this stone house surrounded by greenery. You'll find yourself peacefully tucked away at the end of this cul-de-sac, yet within easy reach of all shops and amenities. The bedrooms are large, and the small independent living room on the first floor is a haven of peace.
Detached house. Living room with wood-burning stove. Open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher). Separated by a few steps, independent living room with TV, laundry room (washing machine, basin), shower room and independent toilet. Wifi internet access. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140X190), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 90). A few steps further up, shower room, separate toilet and bedroom 3 (bed 160x200). Electric heating included. All inclusive. Phil Havre de paix
Très bel hébergement,refait à neuf, décoré avec goût et d'une propreté impeccable. A l'écart de la route pour plus de tranquillité et idéalement situé pour qui veut explorer la baie du Mont Saint Michel.ce gite coche toutes les cases et je le recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans ce gîte, très bien agencé et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé au calme, mais en même temps pas loin d’Avranches et des autres endroits comme Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, Cancale, St. Malo…
Rachel est très sympathique et accueillante. Elle était aussi très flexible concernant l’heure du départ. Rien à dire nous recommandons sans problème.

Alison49 Semaine de vacances idéale
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce très joli logement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est spacieuse et très bien agencée. Elle est également au calme et donc propice au repos. La vue sur le mont St Michel du Val St Père est à couper le souffle !
Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques.
