Jérémy and Benjamin welcome you to L'Écrin des bords de Seine, a charming house that has been tastefully renovated while preserving its original character. Tomettes, parquet flooring and ornamental fireplaces have been preserved and blend successfully with the more modern touches of the decor. You'll be equally seduced by its exceptional Location, its view of the Seine and its direct access to the river for beautiful strolls along the towpath or a spot of fishing with the rods at your disposal. In the garden, there's no shortage of activities for young and old alike, including table tennis, a slide, badminton and a Cabin, as well as bicycles that are perfect for taking you to the Base de loisirs de Léry-Poses, which offers a wealth of water sports activities, or to the charming village. You'll also appreciate the Holiday cottage's proximity to the Biotropica wildlife park, as well as the bird sanctuary and various lakes for nature outings.

Ground floor: a small staircase leads to the entrance hall with tuned piano, then to the kitchen area with fireplace, open to the passageway. After a few steps, the dining room leads to the living room. WC. GARDEN FLOOR: accessible from the outside or by an inside staircase leading down to the laundry room and on to the navy bedroom (double bed 160X200) and shower room. 1st FLOOR: pink bedroom (double bed 160X200) and blue bedroom (double bed 160X200, separable). Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. 2nd FLOOR: large bedroom (double bed 160X200), study and Cot 80x190. 1500 m² fenced garden with garden furniture under the pergola, barbecue and plancha. The passageway at the level of the house serves as a Fishing room and gives direct access to the banks of the Seine and the towpath used by cyclists and hikers.
