Jérémy and Benjamin welcome you to L'Écrin des bords de Seine, a charming house that has been tastefully renovated while preserving its original character. Tomettes, parquet flooring and ornamental fireplaces have been preserved and blend successfully with the more modern touches of the decor. You'll be equally seduced by its exceptional Location, its view of the Seine and its direct access to the river for beautiful strolls along the towpath or a spot of fishing with the rods at your disposal. In the garden, there's no shortage of activities for young and old alike, including table tennis, a slide, badminton and a Cabin, as well as bicycles that are perfect for taking you to the Base de loisirs de Léry-Poses, which offers a wealth of water sports activities, or to the charming village. You'll also appreciate the Holiday cottage's proximity to the Biotropica wildlife park, as well as the bird sanctuary and various lakes for nature outings.
Ground floor: a small staircase leads to the entrance hall with tuned piano, then to the kitchen area with fireplace, open to the passageway. After a few steps, the dining room leads to the living room. WC. GARDEN FLOOR: accessible from the outside or by an inside staircase leading down to the laundry room and on to the navy bedroom (double bed 160X200) and shower room. 1st FLOOR: pink bedroom (double bed 160X200) and blue bedroom (double bed 160X200, separable). Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. 2nd FLOOR: large bedroom (double bed 160X200), study and Cot 80x190. 1500 m² fenced garden with garden furniture under the pergola, barbecue and plancha. The passageway at the level of the house serves as a Fishing room and gives direct access to the banks of the Seine and the towpath used by cyclists and hikers. Small terrace at the rear of the house facing the Seine. Electric vehicle charging on request (invoiced according to consumption).

Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte, confortable et bien aménagé. Il est bien situé en bord de Seine. IL y a beaucoup de visites et de randonnées à effectuer autour de POSES.

Deuxième séjour dans cet écrin de verdure et toujours autant de plaisir à passer de bons moments dans ce gite charmant. Gite de très grande qualité.
Emplacement idéal dans un petit village au bord de l'eau à deux pas de Val de Reuil et à proximité de Rouen.Maison très agréable, joliment décorée et très bien équipée.
La literie est de qualité et l'aménagement des chambres permet de moduler certaines d'entre elles en fonction des besoins.
Les hôtes sont adorables, très arrangeants et aux petits soins de leurs visiteurs.Après ce séjour, nous avons prévu de revenir dès que possible aux beaux jours pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs et de la douceur de vivre qui se dégage des environs et de la maison.

JBFitz Idyllic in every way
Stunning house, beautifully decorated and in peaceful and calm surroundings. My family and I had a wonderful Christmas staying at this home. The house was very well equipped, warm, and spacious. We enjoyed the dual aspect windows - looking out over the river and islands to the back, and fields of horses to the front. Shops and picturesque villages were a short drive away. Walks, cycles and runs around the nearby lakes and streams were possible within minutes from the door. We received a wonderful welcome from the hosts. They were very helpful and responsive and had sweetly decorated the house for Christmas. We could not recommend this home highly enough!

Volatiles 2025 Très beau logement bien équipé
J'ai adoré l'esprit de rénovation du lieu avec le réemploi d'équipement originel. Rien n'a été laissé au hasard, tout y es, des pastilles de lessive aux vélos pour se promener en bord de Seine. Je recommande chaudement.

The hosts were very welcoming and on hand should you have any problems. The Gite is in the most beautiful and peaceful location on the river seine. The house was welcoming and very comfortable. The garden is stunning, would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place.
