Jérémy and Benjamin welcome you to L'Écrin des bords de Seine, a charming house that has been tastefully renovated while preserving its original character. Tomettes, parquet flooring and ornamental fireplaces have been preserved and blend successfully with the more modern touches of the decor. You'll be equally seduced by its exceptional Location, its view of the Seine and its direct access to the river for beautiful strolls along the towpath or a spot of fishing with the rods at your disposal. In the garden, there's no shortage of activities for young and old alike, including table tennis, a slide, badminton and a Cabin, as well as bicycles that are perfect for taking you to the Base de loisirs de Léry-Poses, which offers a wealth of water sports activities, or to the charming village. You'll also appreciate the Holiday cottage's proximity to the Biotropica wildlife park, as well as the bird sanctuary and various lakes for nature outings.
Ground floor: a small staircase leads to the entrance hall with tuned piano, then to the kitchen area with fireplace, open to the passageway. After a few steps, the dining room leads to the living room. WC. GARDEN FLOOR: accessible from the outside or by an inside staircase leading down to the laundry room and on to the navy bedroom (double bed 160X200) and shower room. 1st FLOOR: pink bedroom (double bed 160X200) and blue bedroom (double bed 160X200, separable). Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. 2nd FLOOR: large bedroom (double bed 160X200), study and Cot 80x190. 1500 m² fenced garden with garden furniture under the pergola, barbecue and plancha. The passageway at the level of the house serves as a Fishing room and gives direct access to the banks of the Seine and the towpath used by cyclists and hikers. Small terrace at the rear of the house facing the Seine. Electric vehicle charging on request (invoiced according to consumption).

jmroulle Un séjour de rêve au bord de la Seine
Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans ce gîte plein de charme!
Dès l’arrivée, on se sent comme chez soi : la maison est incroyablement confortable, lumineuse et parfaitement équipée, idéale pour un séjour cocooning.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’agencement et le soin apporté à la déco.Ma bouledogue française a vécu sa meilleure vie, entre les balades au bord de la Seine et les grands espaces verts – elle était tout simplement au paradis!
Les extérieurs sont un vrai plus et invitent à profiter pleinement du séjour : plusieurs coins pour se poser, partager des repas sous la pergola, prendre l’apéro à l’ombre, ou encore se détendre au calme, bercé par la nature. On sent partout une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique.
Un immense merci aux propriétaires, Benjamin et Jérémy, d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rare. Leur accueil attentionné rend ce lieu encore plus spécial.
Un vrai havre de paix où il fait bon vivre, se ressourcer, et dont on repart à regret… mais avec la certitude de revenir (notamment pour faire une ballade en bateau sur la seine :-)!

Marie Un séjour au top
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (6 adultes dont 2 couples) chez Jérémy et Benjamin. Le gîte a un cachet fou et est décoré avec beaucoup de goût (+ très bien équipé et bonne literie).
Le jardin et la pergola pour partager des repas conviviaux, sont très agréables… Et le petit plus est l’accès direct sur le chemin de halage qui longe la Seine. De là, vous partez pour des balades dans un cadre privilégié. Le jour du départ nous n’avions pas envie de partir !!
Bref, nous avons passé un super moment. Un grand merci à Jérémy et Benjamin pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité pour nous conseiller sur les randos et autres activités à faire sur le secteur.- Cleanliness

We had a wonderful stay. It was comfortable, clean, charming and very accommodating for a family of five with three young kids 3, 5 and 7. Beautiful setting by the riverside with safe and spacious gardens. Lots of facilities in the large house and nearby area. Nice design details Would highly recommend. Jermey was friendly and helpful.

Simplement idyllique,
Jérémy et Benjamin nous ont reçu avec une gentillesse et une bienveillance sincère. Tout en étant fidèle à l'annonce, le gîte a dépassé nos attentes. Il est magnifiquement rénové et agencé avec beaucoup de goût; idéalement situé, on y trouve la quiétude que l'on vient y chercher tout en ayant la possibilité de rayonner rapidement vers les points d'intérêts de la région. Tout a été bien pensé et anticipé pour se sentir à l'aise et n'avoir besoin de rien. Notre séjour s'est déroulé magnifiquement bien et nous sommes encore reconnaissant de l'accueil que nous ont réservé nos hôtes.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Coco Séjour à Poses
Un bel endroit en bord de Seine ressourçant et calme à moins de 2 heures de Paris. Une maison parfaitement équipée pour une famille, très agréable, avec un grand espace extérieur et une belle pergola. Un proprietaire très attentif à nos besoins. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la table de ping pong et les jeux mis à disposition.
