We've fallen in love with this adorable thatched cottage overlooking a small valley planted with apple trees. Anita will give you a warm welcome in this pretty house, decorated with care and worthy of the most beautiful fairy tales. Will you notice that the paintings are signed by your landlady? There's no shortage of things to do in this little corner of paradise: apple picking to make compote or feed to the mare, reading by the fireplace, or sunbathing. If you've been dreaming of discovering the charm of Normandy, you've come to the right place! Just a few kilometers from the Côte Fleurie and the Pays d'Auge, you'll find many of the nuggets of our lovely Normandy... Honfleur and its old port, the majestic cliffs of Étretat or the beaches of Deauville.
You enter the living room with its own kitchen area and a sitting room with a lovely fireplace. Two small steps lead up to the shower room with toilet. A charming bedroom with double bed. The first floor, with its attic, is a real little nest: a single bed, a double bed and lots of games for the children to create a thousand and one stories. Be careful, the stairs are steep. All around, a 5000m² garden with terrace, deckchairs and bicycles let you enjoy the fresh air. In the next field, a mare may come and ask you for some apples.

Séverine Séjour gîte Beuzeville
Nous y sommes restés le mois de janvier en entier pour raison professionnelle
La fibre présente, point essentiel pour notre activité
Belle maison, isolée, à proximité de la forêt
Belle chambre au RDC mais on doit passer par cette pièce pour accéder aux chambres de l etage , a l ancienne.
Elle n est pas trop éloignée du centre ville de Beuzeville
Une voiture est toutefois nécessaire
Présence de chevaux, vaches, ânes et moutons.Point négatif :
Nous avons eu froid
Cheminée qui fuit , à utiliser en appoint, pas en chauffage . Toxicité de l air et Odeur de fumée sur les vêtements très désagréable
Chauffage électrique mais maison soumise au courant d air. Au coût actuel de l électricité, pas le choix d'utiliser du bois au maximum
La sdb est spartiate et froide mais l eau est chaudeElle est à mon avis plus adapté pour un usage d avril à fin octobre

En hiver, il est conseillé de chauffer le gîte. Les clients apprécient beaucoup le feu de cheminée. Nous réglons ce problème de fumée que nous ignorions. Pour la location, chaque saison apporte de la poésie à notre petite chaumière surnommée "Blanche Neige" et ouvre sa porte toute l'année .Nous avons une clientèle fidèle qui revient chaque hiver. Merci pour vos remarques.

Très jolie maison située dans un cadre verdoyant et romantique. Accueil au top. Bel agencement intérieur.

Shrekan Comme à la maison
Cela fait 9 ans que nous venons à la moderaie et nous ne sommes jamais déçues. Anita et Thierry sont charmants, discrets et toujours au petits soins.
Nos chiens sont toujours accueillis et heureux surtout à l’arrivée des chevaux ou vaches!

Verofab Coin reposant
Petite chaumière au calme et fonctionnelle. Anita la propriétaire est très sympathique. Bon point de départ pour faire de belles visites. Commerces a proximité.
