We've fallen in love with this adorable thatched cottage overlooking a small valley planted with apple trees. Anita will give you a warm welcome in this pretty house, decorated with care and worthy of the most beautiful fairy tales. Will you notice that the paintings are signed by your landlady? There's no shortage of things to do in this little corner of paradise: apple picking to make compote or feed to the mare, reading by the fireplace, or sunbathing. If you've been dreaming of discovering the charm of Normandy, you've come to the right place! Just a few kilometers from the Côte Fleurie and the Pays d'Auge, you'll find many of the nuggets of our lovely Normandy... Honfleur and its old port, the majestic cliffs of Étretat or the beaches of Deauville.
You enter the living room with its own kitchen area and a sitting room with a lovely fireplace. Two small steps lead up to the shower room with toilet. A charming bedroom with double bed. The first floor, with its attic, is a real little nest: a single bed, a double bed and lots of games for the children to create a thousand and one stories. Be careful, the stairs are steep. All around, a 5000m² garden with terrace, deckchairs and bicycles let you enjoy the fresh air. In the next field, a mare may come and ask you for some apples.

Martha Un gite plein de caractere
We stayed at the gite in Beauzeville from 28/6 to 4/7/25 and had an excellent holiday. It is full of character both inside as well as outside. Very comfortable and everything you could want is there. Anita and Thierry are the perfect hosts and we must thank them for their welcome gifts which were very much appreciated. The garden although huge has a large part fenced off used by horses to go from one field into another They usually passed morning and evening, not there all the time. The fence is to keep the horses in, not dogs out. We were assured the horses were used to dogs and they certainly didn't take any notice of our little dog who barked but kept well away from them. We would highly recommend this gite which is perfect for a couple.

Petit claffouti Un lieu magique !
Un lieu magique, hors du temps, au bout d'un petit chemin, en pleine nature. Une chaumière très accueillante, ultra cosy, douillette à souhait où il fait bon passer d'excellentes vacances dans un calme absolu. Rien de manque pour un séjour à 2 ou à 3 personnes. Le jardin est très agréable avec la visite de chevaux et d'un âne. C'est un endroit rêvé que l'on ne voudrait plus quitter. La propriétaire est des plus charmantes, très accueillante, pleine d'attention (encore merci pour les douceurs à notre arrivée). Idéalement située, proche des commerces en ville et des ballades campagnardes ou en bord de mer. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir. Nous recommandons ++++ ce gîte.

Bonjour,
excellent séjour, gite agréable entouré de verdure. Convient pour
deux personnes mais pas plus. Le seul petit reproche ce serait de
changer le canapé.

Greet Authentic Normandy
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Those who like sleek, modern accommodation will have little to look for here. But for lovers of honest and authentic, this is a dream. The house is very compact, but everything is there for a comfortable stay. The large garden is ideal for enjoying the peace. And in Beuzeville itself, everything is at hand. We highly recommend this stay. Thanks to the friendly welcome and the very approachable owners.

Nous avons eu un très bon acceuil ! Les propriétaires sont attentifs et veillent à ce que le séjour se passe très bien.
Pour le logement, en arrivant, on pense à la chaumière des 7 nains. On ne manque de rien. L'environnement est idéal pour déconnecter et se reposer. Un beau cadre verdoyant et pour seuls voisins trois chevaux et un poney pour le plus grand bonheur de notre fille et nous également.
On a pris à nouveau le temps de vivre, apprécier les choses simples. Et faire de belles visites alentours.
Nous recommandons fortement.
