This elegant 18th-century manor house has been restored to its former glory! From the moment you arrive at the end of the driveway, you'll be under its spell. Here, the art of living takes on its full meaning: a perfect balance between comfort, attention to detail and family spirit, so that every stay is a unique experience of relaxation and shared pleasure. Following a superb restoration that has given it back all its character, a refined decor, beautiful lighting and trendy colors that echo the surrounding nature create a warm, reassuring atmosphere. Ground floor: entrance, on one side the large living room with lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, on the other the billiard room which doubles as an additional relaxation area. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, wc with washbasin. The beautiful staircase leads to 3 elegant bedrooms on the second floor, each with double bed (one of which can be converted into 2 twin beds), bathroom or shower with wc and tv. On the second floor, a spacious landing has been converted into a secure gaming room for the little ones; there's also a lovely double bedroom with private shower room and wc, and 2 smaller bedrooms with a choice of double or 2 twin beds; large bathroom with shower, bath and wc. The garden is almost entirely enclosed (gate pending): 6000 m² all yours, not including the orchard for a stroll. The Piscine is private, open from 5/04 to 2/11: 10x4m, 1.5m deep, heated.
