This pretty timber-framed house offers you a real moment of relaxation on the edge of the beautiful Montfort Forest. You'll love this privileged, green setting, yet close to the valley and its lively little towns: large garden with orchard, ideal for Picking in season, with a lovely wooden terrace and relaxing furniture to enjoy it on. The house is comfortable and perfectly equipped: Pascal takes great care of it. Kids will love visiting the rabbits in their pen, the chickens and geese, or the goldfish at the bottom of the garden (protected pond). There's no shortage of Hiking trails through the pine forests of the Forest. You might also be surprised by a visit from a deer near the Holiday cottage. The Risle valley, just down the road, leads you to the Pont Audemer, Brionne, Le Bec Hellouin and, a little further on, to the loops of the Seine.
Ground floor: entrance to comfortable living room with open fireplace, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, opening onto wooden terrace with garden furniture. Spacious bathroom and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: two attic bedrooms, the green one with two single beds 90x190 and the beige one with a double bed 160X200. You'll also have access to 2000 m² of private enclosed garden, shared with the owners and a second 3-person Holiday cottage (ref. 1367). Complete baby equipment at your disposal: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, safety gates... For older Kids: swing and slide, balls, sandpit, mini ping-pong table... Pascal also lends you bicycles (3 for adults and 2 for Kids) for a ride all together on the local paths.

Qinette Très jolie maison bien équipée
On a passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison située juste à côté d’une forêt, qu’on a explorée en faisant des randonnées et virées à vélo avec notre chien.
Cette maison est très bien maintenue et équipée. On trouve tout ce qu’il nous faut pendant notre séjour.
Mention spéciale pour l’accueil chaleureux de Pascal!!

Petite maison au calme, clôturée et sécurisée où on ne manque de rien, pascal vous accueil et on se sent comme à la maison.
Vous aurez tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment, le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, petit cabanon au fond pétanque, badminton, ping-pong, barbecue, table, parasol etc.
Nous avons profités en famille clic clac déplié devant la cheminée la télé et l’apéro.
Dommage il y avait pas de lapin lors de notre passage, nous avons aperçu quelques poules.
Si je devrais dire un seul point à améliorer, la literie qui était pour nous 5 trop dur, des surmatelas peuvent toutefois régler l’affaire.- Cleanliness

Brigitte Wunderschönes Haus in absolut idyllischer Lage
Wir haben 4 wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Haus mit einem Parkähnlichen Garten verbracht. Trotz gemischtem Wetter konnten wir viel unternehmen. Die Lage ist ein Traum und wir haben die absolute Ruhe genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
