We love this vacation home with its many hiking trails.

This pretty timber-framed house offers you a real moment of relaxation on the edge of the beautiful Montfort Forest. You'll love this privileged, green setting, yet close to the valley and its lively little towns: large garden with orchard, ideal for Picking in season, with a lovely wooden terrace and relaxing furniture to enjoy it on. The house is comfortable and perfectly equipped: Pascal takes great care of it. Kids will love visiting the rabbits in their pen, the chickens and geese, or the goldfish at the bottom of the garden (protected pond). There's no shortage of Hiking trails through the pine forests of the Forest. You might also be surprised by a visit from a deer near the Holiday cottage. The Risle valley, just down the road, leads you to the Pont Audemer, Brionne, Le Bec Hellouin and, a little further on, to the loops of the Seine.

Ground floor: entrance to comfortable living room with open fireplace, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, opening onto wooden terrace with garden furniture. Spacious bathroom and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: two attic bedrooms, the green one with two single beds 90x190 and the beige one with a double bed 160X200. You'll also have access to 2000 m² of private enclosed garden, shared with the owners and a second 3-person Holiday cottage (ref. 1367). Complete baby equipment at your disposal: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, safety gates... For older Kids: swing and slide, balls, sandpit, mini ping-pong table... Pascal also lends you bicycles (3 for adults and 2 for Kids) for a ride all together on the local paths.
