Tucked away along winding roads in the countryside, this charming half-timbered house looks simply stunning. Typically Norman in style, it stands out in a rural setting of woods and meadows. Spacious and well-appointed, this holiday cottage offers excellent amenities and great comfort in a “countryside” atmosphere featuring lovely traditional furniture in light colors. The peace and tranquility of the surroundings invite you to relax, whether on the sunny terrace for truly enjoyable meals with your whole family or in the living room by the warmth of a cozy wood fire. The surroundings are superb, in a truly peaceful little corner of the Countryside in the Roumois region, yet close to must-see attractions within a 15-kilometer radius: the Château du Champ de Bataille and the charming village of Bec Hellouin, as well as the Seine Valley and its stunning panoramic views.
On the ground floor: entryway; a warm and bright living room with a sitting area next to the insert fireplace and a comfortable dining area. A very well-equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace and leads to the first bedroom, which has two 90x200 single beds. Second bedroom, also with two single beds (90x200). Small bathroom with toilet. UPSTAIRS: You arrive at a landing with exposed beams, featuring a living area and TV. The first spacious bedroom has four single beds (90x200). The second bedroom, which features a balcony, is furnished with a double bed (140x190), a full-sized desk, and a baby bed. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. You’ll enjoy a large 1,500 m² garden with a patio and garden furniture. The little ones will love the playground with a swing set and slide.

Sosso Week end famille
Sejour tres agreable au calme en pleine nature !tres bien acceulli . Les lieux sont propres avec tout le necessaire utile en cuisine et pour le sejour en general .les literies sont de tres bonne qualitées .
Seul benol si doit y en avoir un et qu il y es qu un seul lit double .
Mais je conseil sans hesiter .

Elo Beau séjour entre amis en Normandie
Nous avons passé un tes beau séjour durant la semaine du nouvel an au gîte du Bosc. La maison est parfaitement équipée, le cadre est très beau. Très bon contact pour l'arrivée et le départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Véro Une belle découverte
Beau gîte spacieux au milieu d'une belle nature.
De suite on s'y sent bien. Bien équipé, et un gros point positif : la propreté ( merci Mme Lecointe).

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le gîte est grand. Les chambres et le salon/ salle de séjour sont très bien. Les matelas sont très confortables.
La salle de bain à l’étage est aussi très bien. Celle du rez-de-chaussée est un peu plus ancienne, mais tout à fait acceptable.
La maison, dans son ensemble, est très agréable, notamment grâce aux poutres apparentes. La situation du gîte est très calme.
Améliorations possibles : la cuisinière fonctionne, mais une plaque chauffe trop fort. De plus, l’utilisation du four est assez compliquée.
Quelques ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être remplacés.Remarque importante : contrairement à ce qui est indiqué (et qui nous avait été confirmé par e-mail), le jardin n’est pas entièrement clos: la partie avant, donnant sur la route, n’a pas de clôture mais seulement des arbres et buissons. Un chien pourrait se sauver. La clôture, quant à elle, est constituée de fils de fer barbelés. Un petit chien pourrait théoriquement passer en-dessous…
À signaler également : l’adresse qui nous avait été communiquée, une fois la réservation effectuée, était erronée : le gîte n’est pas au numéro 4, mais au numéro 95.

Effectivement le jardin est délimité par des arbres, buissons et clôture en barbelé. Nous prenons note de vos remarques.
