The setting is superb, in a truly tranquil little corner of the Roumois countryside, yet close to places not to be missed such as the Château du Champ de Bataille or the adorable village of Le Bec Hellouin (2 km each), or the Seine valley and its superb panoramas 15 km away.

Ground floor: entrance, bright and welcoming living room with fireplace and comfortable dining area, well-equipped kitchen opening directly onto the terrace, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x200) and small bathroom with toilet. On the FIRST FLOOR, you arrive on a landing with exposed beams, lounge and TV, then 2 large bedrooms: 4 single beds in the first with a real desk and a double bed, baby bed in the second, with balcony. Bathroom and separate toilet. A large 1500 m² garden with terrace and garden furniture; portico.
