Another advantage of this gîte is its ideal location. You'll be close to all the shops in Le Vaudreuil, a small town with lots of character, in a very natural "village" atmosphere, with the river and Voie Verte just fifty meters away. Nearby: golf course, leisure center, animal park, bird sanctuary, etc.

Town house with street-side entrance and side access to garden. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto the warm, bright living room: comfortable dining area, cosy living room with TV and beautiful kitchen equipped as a large one separated by a bar with stools; the room overlooks the garden and the large wooden terrace. There's also a double bedroom with 160x200 bed, desk and large closet, a modern bathroom and a toilet with laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer). Upstairs, a large landing with storage and a library area, the green bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned to form a large 180x200, a desk and a great play and relaxation area for children; the blue bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk; shower room with wc. The garden, approx. 400 m², is enclosed by walls. Plenty of outdoor games: scooter, balls, archery, multi-game bag, darts, badminton and more.
