This charming house welcomes you to the village of Douvres-la-Délivrande, between Caen and the sea. It's located in a quiet street close to shops and an aquatic center. You'll appreciate the bright, comfortable interior with its two bathrooms. The spacious living room with its bay window opens onto a south-facing terrace. The family-friendly seaside resort of Luc-sur-Mer is 10 minutes away.
Detached house close to the owners' home. First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm), shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with open shower room (1 double bed 160x200 cm). Garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Virginie Séjour de fin d'année
Séjour de 2 semaines très agréable. Gîte confort et spacieux , commerces et plage à proximité. Au calme, on se sentait comme à la maison. La connection internet n’était pas top pour le télétravail mais Mr Marie va en faire une priorité pour cette année. Du coup, on reviendra certainement

Excellent accueil- gite sobre, clair, confortable, bien équipé.
Secteur calme et à proximité commerces.
Bien situé géographiquement pour les visites et la découverte du Calvados.
Très proche du littoral. Appréciable pour les balades bord de mer et l'animation des ports avec notamment l'impressionnant retour de pèche de la coquille st jacques.
Pour nous (2 couples de retraités) ce séjour Normand par un beau temps début novembre à été des plus agréable.

Douvres Fan Another excellent stay
My family and I had another lovely stay at this spotlessly clean and well-appointed gîte - perfect for a family of four. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The location is ideal - I love that shops and bakeries are all within walking distance and it’s only a short drive to some of the most lovely and deserted beaches. Caen is also only a short drive away.
The owners are friendly and attentive and it is clear that they take great pride in maintaining the property to a high standard.
We would highly recommend this gite and are already planning our return.

Polarlicht Douvres
Die Gastgeber Corinne und Christophe haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist eine mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft.
Von ihr aus ist die Normandie gut zu erkunden und man kehrt gerne "heim".

La météo, fraîche, ne nous a hélas pas permis de bien profiter des extérieurs.
Accueil très sympa. Gîte très bien équipé et idéal pour famille de 4 personnes ou 2 couples.
