This charming house welcomes you to the village of Douvres-la-Délivrande, between Caen and the sea. It's located in a quiet street close to shops and an aquatic center. You'll appreciate the bright, comfortable interior with its two bathrooms. The spacious living room with its bay window opens onto a south-facing terrace. The family-friendly seaside resort of Luc-sur-Mer is 10 minutes away.

Detached house close to the owners' home. First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm), shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with open shower room (1 double bed 160x200 cm). Garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

    Schönes geräumiges Haus

    Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man seine Ferien genießen kann. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

    Très beau gîte

    Nous vous recommandons ce très beau gîte. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Ses conseils et son accueil sont exemplaire. Le gîte est moderne et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien pour notre confort. Bon séjour

    Séjour sous le soleil de Normandie

    Bien situé, proche à la fois de la côte et de Caen. Tous commerces au village à 5mn à pied. Gite très propre, et très calme dans une rue à sens unique.

    Un excellemment gîte

    Un excellemment gîte pour passer un séjour en Normandie.

    Le gîte est très propre, très bien équipé, très confortable. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire.
    Ce gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la basse Normandie avec entre autre les plages du débarquement.
    Nous vous conseillons le musée d'Arromanches qui vraiment très bien et à seulement 30 minutes du gîte.
