Enjoy a quiet stay in this spacious house just 5 kms from the sea. You'll appreciate the comfort of a contemporary home, with quality furniture and bedding. The spacious living room is bathed in light thanks to four large bay windows opening onto the garden and terrace. The village of Crépon is ideally located less than 10 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Bayeux and 30 minutes from Caen. Here you'll find a butcher, a café, an artisanal umbrella store and charming hiking trails. D-Day sites, museums and beaches are within easy reach: Ver sur mer memorial 5 minutes away, Arromanches 15 minutes, Omaha Beach 30 minutes.
Detached house on private grounds. The first floor opens onto an entrance hall leading to a living room with sitting area, a kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) with corner shower room opening onto the bedroom, and a toilet. The attic floor comprises two bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190xm and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Garden with garden shed.

Semaine en famille, gîte bien situé près des plages chargées d histoire, très agréable, lumineux, prope, tout confort. Joli jardin bien entretenu.l accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires méritent 6 étoiles.

Out 2nd Visit to Villa Malatour. A perfect Gite for us. Very clean , with good equipment . The pellet burner with fuel helped to warm the odd cool night. Good WiFi signal and speed. Parking is off road . The grounds are all secure with fences or hedges. We enjoyed sitting in the outside area.
It’s well located for the various historical visits within a short travel . Excellent beaches nearby.

Gite très agréable, très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût. Rien n’y manque. Un joli jardin et une belle terrasse le complètent. très bon séjour à Crépon pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

L'environnement était parfait très beau jardin bien entretenu .il ne manquait rien a cette location .
A note abus mais ça n'engage que nous ,le canapé n'était pas super confortable malgré son air confortable ! Un petit fauteuil en plus serait bien quand vous êtes plus de deux le salon est parfait pour deux Oh max 3 mais si les locataires sont six assez juste ! .
Mais sinon cuisine bien équipée .
