Enjoy a quiet stay in this spacious house just 5 kms from the sea. You'll appreciate the comfort of a contemporary home, with quality furniture and bedding. The spacious living room is bathed in light thanks to four large bay windows opening onto the garden and terrace. The village of Crépon is ideally located less than 10 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Bayeux and 30 minutes from Caen. Here you'll find a butcher, a café, an artisanal umbrella store and charming hiking trails. D-Day sites, museums and beaches are within easy reach: Ver sur mer memorial 5 minutes away, Arromanches 15 minutes, Omaha Beach 30 minutes.
Detached house on private grounds. The first floor opens onto an entrance hall leading to a living room with sitting area, a kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) with corner shower room opening onto the bedroom, and a toilet. The attic floor comprises two bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190xm and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Garden with garden shed.

Nous avons apprécié le grand jardin arboré autour de la maison, ce qui a permis aux enfants de jouer. La maison est spacieuse, moderne, décorée simplement mais avec goût.
L'environnement est calme, intime, grâce aux haies entourant le logis. Le village est joli, et peu éloigné des commerces et de la mer. Les plages environnantes sont agréables. Ce fut un exc ellent séjour.- Cleanliness

Jacqui Villa Malatour gite
We had a very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable gite. It was nicely located in a peaceful village close to the beaches and Bayeux. It was well equipped with everything we needed and the outside space was lovely with plenty of shade when needed. We would recommend this property and would choose to stay here again if we were in this area.

Accueil et communication parfait avec l’hôte.
Magalie est disponible et a l’écoute des vacanciers
La maison est grande même pour 6 personnes, bien équipée et confortable le grand terrain et la grande terrasse ombragée sont de vrai plus (lorsqu’il fait beau ).
Tout est mis en œuvre pour que l’on se sente comme à la maison tout de suite.
Crepon est à 10 min d’Arromanche et 15/20 min de Courseulles sur mer, Asnelle et Ver sur mer sont aussi de bons compromis pour aller voir la mer
Il est fort probable que nous refassions appel à Magalie pour notre prochain séjour
Je recommande vivement ce gîte
