The cosy fireside lounge offers a lovely view over the terrace, which has been converted into a Wellbeing area with a Spa available all year round. You'll be staying in an environment where nature is protected: the garden around the Holiday cottage is an LPO (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux - League for the Protection of Birds) refuge, where maintenance is controlled to let nature take its rightful place! For outdoor enthusiasts, the Holiday cottage is just 500 meters from the Vélofrancette (cycle path) and the Cap Orne site (kayak, paddle and pedal boat rentals). You'll be 40 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre, 20 minutes from Caen and 30 minutes from Clécy, capital of Suisse-Normande.

The independent Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' house. It comprises a living room with kitchen area and dining area, a sleeping area (1 x 160cm bed) and a bathroom with toilet. The Holiday cottage has its own private 30m² terrace, not overlooked, with private outdoor Spa (sleeps 2), double deckchair, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the property
