This independent gite is semi-detached with a room converted into an extra kitchen (for bed and breakfast guests) and located on a one-hectare property including the owners' house, 3 guest rooms (reference 5898) and a gite for 2 people (ref 3269). Fitted on one level, it includes a living room with a lounge area (sleeping for 2 people: sofa bed 1 bed 160cm), with fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm) a bathroom and Independent WC. The gite has a private ground with garden furniture. Access to the common swimming pool from May to September (size 10m x 5m, maximum depth of 2 meters). Shared washing machine and dryer in an annex building.
