You'll have the chance to stay in a former 16th-18th century mansion, with a 15th century tower, 300 meters from the cathedral, in a quiet neighborhood. The bright living room opens onto the terrace, and is decorated with great care. The Bergamo painting in the 2nd bedroom is reminiscent of 15th-century Norman tapestry. François, the owner, is an enthusiastic history buff, and will be happy to recommend a tour of the town's mansions and the paths along the banks of the River Aure, from which you can discover the medieval town. This was the first town to be liberated in 1944, without fighting or bombing. A 15-minute drive will take you to the coastline: Port-en-Bessin, the D-Day landing beaches.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house. Ground floor: entrance, living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area (sofa, armchairs), 1 double bedroom (2 beds 90cm), shower room, WC. 1st floor reserved for owners. 2nd floor (staircase in tower): 1 bedroom for 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with WC adjoining bedroom. Small flower-filled courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs. Shed with washing machine.

Elodie Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce gîte tout confort, au calme, proche des commerces, découverte de la ville de Bayeux, sa Cathédrale... Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Domi Gites Bayeux
Le gîte est bien situé à proximité du centre ville, François est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, le parking est un peu compliqué mais on trouve toujours une place. Je recommande ce gîte sans problème.

HH Excellent
Le gîte est très confortable, en plein centre du vieux Bayeux et à quelque minutes à pieds de la Cathédrale (magnifique) et du musée de la Tapisserie relatant la conquête de l'Angleterre par Guillaume. Le propriétaire est charmant et très érudit.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et dans le cadre d'un nouveau séjour, nous espérerions réserver le même gîte si disponible.- Cleanliness

Catetchris Séjour parfait
Nous étions chez M.Picard pour la 2eme année consecutive et cette fois pour un séjour de 15 jours.
Nous n avons pas regrette notre choix et savons que notre prochain séjour se fera à l hôtel de Tersant.
Les raisons sont simples :localisation parfaite , équipement complet , parfait confort et calme , nous sommes comme a la maison .
Sans oublier la sympathie de notre hôte.
