Discover this Holiday cottage in the heart of the family-friendly seaside resort of Courseulles sur Sea. This cosy 3-level apartment offers the privacy of a small house, thanks to its garden and independent entrance. You'll particularly enjoy sharing meals al fresco on the sunny terrace. The interior is both warm and functional, with simple comforts and a bedroom with balcony. From the Holiday cottage, you can reach the sea wall and the Beach in just a few minutes on foot. Don't miss a stroll along the harbor and a tasting of fresh produce at the fish market. Finally, ideally located just 20 minutes from the D-Day beaches at Arromanches and 30 minutes from Caen and Bayeux, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for combining historical discoveries with relaxation by the Sea.
Apartment on 3 levels (triplex) in a small residence with private garden and entrance. The first floor comprises a living room with lounge and dining area and an open kitchen. The second floor includes a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160 x 190 cm) with balcony and a shower room with toilet. The second floor offers an open-plan 2-person attic bedroom with a Bunk beds (2 beds 90 x 190 cm). Private outdoor space of 70 m² with terrace. 2 bicycles available in the garden shed and bike room a few meters away in the common areas.

Bienvenue à L'Évasion Détente ! Couple de jeunes retraités, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour Courseulles sur mer et c'est pourquoi nous avons acheté cet appartement. Nous souhaitons vous en faire profiter comme nous en faisons profiter nos enfants et petits-enfants. Nous aimons beaucoup le partage et particulièrement la marche et le vélo.

Très bon séjour dans ce gite agréable et bien situé dans une résidence calme pas très loin des commerces et de la plage et bonne base de départ pour visiter la région.
Le logement est très bien équipé avec des matériels de bonne qualité.
La literie est également d'un très bon niveau.

Cathy Gite bien situé pour visiter la Normandie
Gite très bien équipé, calme et confortable, à 10 minutes à pied de l'océan, des restaurants et des commerces Sa situation entre Honfleur et Utah Beach nous a permis de faire de belles visites. A notre arrivée les propriétaires nous avaient déposé une délicate attention dans la cuisine.

Spiruline Octobre en Normandie
On s’y sent bien dans cette petite maison. Vraiment juste à quelques pas de la plage, même en octobre nous avons profité. Les jouets pour les enfants ont été très appréciés… Nous avons aimé les ballades à pieds , le grand manège, le musée, le port et les bateaux de pêche.

PhilWUK Lovely property. Great location.
Firstly, the location is perfect for ferry crossings from the UK. It's around 1.5 hours from Cherbourg and only 30 minutes to Ouistreham. Caen is a 30 minute drive, Omaha beach 45 minutes and the D-Day Museum 30 minutes. Juno beach is within walking distance as is the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer itself.
The property is very well appointed, especially the kitchen. We didn't cook whilst there but appreciated that there was everything you'd need to prepare a meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower good.
What made it a particularly easy stay was all the little things; toilet roll, kitchen roll, bin bags, cling film, salt, pepper, spices, and on a more touristy side, a whole bunch of information on the region provided by the Gites owner, who also recommended 2 very good restaurants in Courseulles.
We had a great time exploring all the history of D-Day, as well as sampling some of the fine food and drink of the region.
