This cosy 3-level apartment offers the privacy of a small house, thanks to its garden and independent entrance. You'll particularly enjoy sharing meals al fresco on the sunny terrace. The interior is both warm and functional, with simple comforts and a bedroom with balcony. From the Holiday cottage, you can reach the sea wall and the Beach in just a few minutes on foot. Don't miss a stroll along the harbor and a tasting of fresh produce at the fish market. Finally, ideally located just 20 minutes from the D-Day beaches at Arromanches and 30 minutes from Caen and Bayeux, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for combining historical discoveries with relaxation by the Sea.
A three-level apartment (triplex) in a small residence with a private garden and private entrance. The ground floor features a living area with a sitting and dining area and an open kitchen. The first floor features a double bedroom (1 bed measuring 160 x 190 cm) with a balcony and a bathroom with a toilet. The second floor offers an open-concept attic-style double bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds measuring 90 x 190 cm). Private outdoor area of 70 m² with a terrace. 2 bicycles available in the outdoor shed. 2 lounge chairs, a beach cart and beach games, 1 electric barbecue and 1 electric griddle, garden stakes, and a beach umbrella

Bienvenue à L'Évasion Détente ! Couple de jeunes retraités, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour Courseulles sur mer et c'est pourquoi nous avons acheté cet appartement. Nous souhaitons vous en faire profiter comme nous en faisons profiter nos enfants et petits-enfants. Nous aimons beaucoup le partage et particulièrement la marche et le vélo.

Spiruline Octobre en Normandie
On s’y sent bien dans cette petite maison. Vraiment juste à quelques pas de la plage, même en octobre nous avons profité. Les jouets pour les enfants ont été très appréciés… Nous avons aimé les ballades à pieds , le grand manège, le musée, le port et les bateaux de pêche.

PhilWUK Lovely property. Great location.
Firstly, the location is perfect for ferry crossings from the UK. It's around 1.5 hours from Cherbourg and only 30 minutes to Ouistreham. Caen is a 30 minute drive, Omaha beach 45 minutes and the D-Day Museum 30 minutes. Juno beach is within walking distance as is the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer itself.
The property is very well appointed, especially the kitchen. We didn't cook whilst there but appreciated that there was everything you'd need to prepare a meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower good.
What made it a particularly easy stay was all the little things; toilet roll, kitchen roll, bin bags, cling film, salt, pepper, spices, and on a more touristy side, a whole bunch of information on the region provided by the Gites owner, who also recommended 2 very good restaurants in Courseulles.
We had a great time exploring all the history of D-Day, as well as sampling some of the fine food and drink of the region.

Séjour très agréable et qui nous a permis de bien nous détendre :)
Nous avons ressenti la bienveillance et la volonté de bien accueillir des propriétaires, qui apportent un soin particulier à l'accueil et aux équipements mis à disposition, qui sont très complets et de qualité. Nous avons bien profité de l'espace extérieur et des vélos, qui étaient un vrai plus pour nous.
