This holiday cottage, which is attached to another holiday cottage (3223), is located on a large property that is home to the owners and two other holiday cottages (3268 and 3346). The ground floor features a living area with a dining and lounge space (2 sofas and 1 armchair), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. The upper floor features two separate bedrooms: one triple bedroom (one 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed) and one triple bedroom (one 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed). The living room opens onto a private, secluded terrace with outdoor furniture and a shared garden with playground equipment. Large 6,000 m² property with shared amenities: pétanque court, swing, soccer goal, barbecue, and animals (chickens and rabbits).
