The first floor comprises a living room with dining area and sitting area (2 sofas and 1 armchair), a kitchen, a shower room with WC. The first floor comprises 2 independent bedrooms: 1 for 3 people (1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 90cm) and 1 for 3 people (1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 90cm). The living room opens onto a private, not overlooked terrace with garden furniture and a shared garden with Kids' play area. Parking on the property near the Holiday cottage. Extensive enclosed grounds of 6,000m² with games and shared facilities: pétanque pitch, swing, soccer goal, BBQ, animals (chickens and rabbits).
