You'll be in a hamlet of Luc sur Mer, just 2 steps from the heart of Douvres-la Délivrande. So you can go to the restaurant or do your shopping on foot. Whatever the time of year, you're sure to be able to swim either at the Luc beach, which is supervised in season, or at the Douvres aquatic center. Luc-sur-Mer offers year-round activities (thalasso, hammam, casino, etc.) and is ideally located for visiting the D-Day landing beaches.

The apartment is entirely on one level, featuring a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom area with no exterior windows, furnished with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. Private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, featuring garden furniture and lounge chairs; shared garden with the owners. Non-smoking holiday cottage. The owner has a dog on the property.
