You'll be in a hamlet of Luc sur Mer, just 2 steps from the heart of Douvres-la Délivrande. So you can go to the restaurant or do your shopping on foot. Whatever the time of year, you're sure to be able to swim either at the Luc beach, which is supervised in season, or at the Douvres aquatic center. Luc-sur-Mer offers year-round activities (thalasso, hammam, casino, etc.) and is ideally located for visiting the D-Day landing beaches.

Holiday cottage located on the ground floor of the owners' home, in a walled garden with electric gate. The apartment is entirely on one level, with a large living room and open kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom area with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). Private terrace not overlooked with garden furniture and deckchairs, shared park with the owners. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. The owner has a dog on site.
