This spacious, comfortable gîte welcomes you for a relaxing stay just 5 minutes from the sea. You'll appreciate the south-facing, unoverlooked terrace, in a quiet, walled park planted with trees. You'll be in a hamlet of Luc sur Mer, just 2 steps from the heart of Douvres-la Délivrande. So you can go to the restaurant or do your shopping on foot. Whatever the time of year, you're sure to be able to swim either at the Luc beach, which is supervised in season, or at the Douvres aquatic center. Luc-sur-Mer offers year-round activities (thalasso, hammam, casino, etc.) and is ideally located for visiting the D-Day landing beaches.

A holiday cottage located on the ground floor of the owners' home. The apartment is entirely on one level, featuring a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom area with no exterior windows, furnished with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. Private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, featuring garden furniture and lounge chairs; shared garden with the owners. Non-smoking holiday cottage. The owner has a dog on the property.

    Très bon choix

    Un très bon accueil, discret, efficace et chaleureux de la part de Éméline. Un logis parfaitement situé pour visiter Caen et la côte chargée de la grande Histoire. Un gîte bien équipé et proche des commodités comme dit dans la présentation. Je recommande fortement.

    charmante location

    Gîte très agréable. Le seul bémol : pas trop de détails sur certains points lors de l'accueil, mais cependant un accueil très très chaleureux. Le réseau passe très mal.
    Sinon, la location est super.

    Bon séjour

    Gîte très bien situé à proximité des petits commerces et restaurants et bonne étape pour découvrir les plages de débarquement et la côte jusqu'à Honfleur. Logement très calme et accueil sympathique.

    Séjour très agréable

    Accueil très sympathique, plusieurs attentions délicates : cadeau de bienvenue, mise à disposition d’un ventilateur. L’endroit est calme mais proche des commodités du village et des plages de la cité de nacre.

    nos premières vacances à 3

    Nous avions choisi le gîte d'Emeline pour nos premières vacances avec notre bébé et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! Le logement est très charmant et bien équipé, le bonus est la terrasse qui est très agréable. Le lieu est calme et nous pouvions aller chercher le pain frais du matin à pied dans le bourg de Douvres, le bonheur pendant les vacances :)
