This authentic bocage virois house welcomes you for a peaceful stay. Beams, exposed stonework and terracotta floor tiles add charm to the interior, which is complemented by antique furniture. The large, private, enclosed garden is the ideal place to relax. In season, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace. Shops are 5 minutes away and Vire is 10 minutes. For swimming, the Vire aquatic center is 10 minutes away, and the beaches are less than an hour away. You can also visit the Base de loisirs at Lake de la Dathée, 5 minutes away, where you can rent kayaks and paddles.

Detached house. Ground floor: living room with seating area and wood-burning stove (free firewood), separate kitchen, half-bathroom, and shower room. Upper floor (attic): 1 double bedroom (1 140cm bed) and 1 twin bedroom (2 90cm beds). Private 600 m² garden with 2 terraces and outdoor furniture. Raclette machine, crepe maker, plancha and electric grill, waffle maker. Bed linens and towels are not provided and must be brought by guests. Fans. Bike storage.
