The large, private, enclosed garden is the ideal place to relax. In season, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace. Shops are 5 minutes away and Vire is 10 minutes. For swimming, the Vire aquatic center is 10 minutes away, and the beaches are less than an hour away. You can also visit the Base de loisirs at Lake de la Dathée, 5 minutes away, where you can rent kayaks and paddles.

First floor (attic): 1 bedroom for 2 (1 bed 140cm) and 1 bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90cm). Private, enclosed 600 m² garden with 2 terraces and garden furniture.
