Access to first floor via 3 external steps: entrance, living room with two lounges (one with a relaxing sofa), kitchen, laundry room with WC. 1st floor (double staircase): two adjoining bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 160x200cm), shower room with WC. Basement: gaming room with ping-pong table, table soccer and small pool table. Private garden with terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs. On-site electric vehicle terminal (fee payable on site).
