This 17th-century farmhouse is none other than the former Château de Rouvres, and today offers a superb vacation destination. Refinement is also to be found inside, with spacious rooms and meticulous decoration. You'll particularly appreciate the spacious living room with its two lounges and wood-panelled fireplace. On the garden side, you'll enjoy a terrace and lawn area in a quiet, unoverlooked setting.
On a vast property comprising the owners' home and farm (cereals). Access to first floor via 3 external steps: entrance, living room with two lounges (one with a relaxing sofa), kitchen, laundry room with WC. 1st floor (double staircase): two adjoining bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 160x200cm), shower room with WC. Basement: gaming room with ping-pong table, table soccer and small pool table. Private garden with terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs. On-site electric vehicle terminal (fee payable on site).

Passionnée d'histoire, de nature et de jardin, Brigitte aura le plaisir d'échanger avec vous sur les lieux à visiter tout près du gîte. La Brèche au Diable est parfaite pour une randonnée en pleine nature, un cadre bucolique qui ne demande qu'à être explorer ! Sahi Lekker week weg
Het gebouw was super. Speelruimte in kelder was aanwezig maar niet gebruikt. Groepen kast was open. Douche druk was beperkt.

Valérie Un séjour agréable et reposant
Accueil chaleureux et cadre agréable dans ce magnifique gîte. Merci encore pour toutes les gourmandises reçues. De très bons conseils de visite à faire, mes parents ont été enchantés par les magnifiques jardins qui parsème le département. Même au seuil de l'automne la Normandie et ce gîte valent le coup d'être visités. Je recommanderai avec joie ce gîte.

Excellent accueil produits faits maison à l'arrivée. Gîte très spacieux et très propre . Il y a tout le nécessaire ( vaisselle petit et grand électroménager) . Propriétaire à l'écoute .tres belle région .

Ukholidaymaker Beautiful chateau, beautiful terrace
The apartment is in a section of the chateau, some of which is inhabited by the owners and family and some of which is a working farm. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. Our favourite thing was the lovely terrace, where it was great to sit and admire the beautiful gardens and the wildlife (and the resident cats and dog).
You need a car as it is not in walking distance of shops etc. Nearest is about 10 min drive.- Cleanliness

C'est notre deuxième séjour au logis de Rouvres et nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés du lieu. Tout est parfait et Françoise est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Si vous aimez le calme, les lieux qui ont une histoire et la nature, vous serez ravis. Nous reviendrons car nous adorons cet endroit.
