This old Bessin farmhouse has been carefully renovated to offer a modern, comfortable gîte. You'll appreciate the triple bay window that brings lots of light into the living room and kitchen area. Karine's trendy decor mixes vintage objects and modern engravings on the theme of Normandy and its famous spotted cows. The "Pré du Pont" gîtes are located in the charming village of Amblie, crossed by a river lined with mills, which you can follow for a lovely walk. You'll be almost equidistant from the sea, Caen and Bayeux. A peaceful vacation destination with plenty of sightseeing opportunities!
Holiday cottage adjoining gîte n°3406 and close to the owners' home. Private garden and terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. The first floor comprises a large living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with sofa (convertible bed available on request) and WC. The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190cm, 1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x190cm) and a shower room with toilet. Shared laundry room. Closed shed for bikes or motorcycles. Games on site: table tennis, darts, molky. The 2 Holiday cottages can be rented for up to 10 people.

Bonjour et bienvenue au Pré du Pont ! Nous vous accueillerons chaleureusement dans les 2 gîtes que nous avons ouvert en 2023. Nous nous sommes installés dans cette propriété pour la rénover entièrement, un projet un peu fou mais qui avance bien. Des chambres d'hôtes et peut être un autre gîte seront créés à l'avenir. Nous serons ravis d'échanger avec vous sur notre projet, les choses à faire et à voir autour de chez nous. A bientôt !

Der überaus freundliche Empfang und das dazu kredenzte gekühlte Bier zum ersten Durchatmen leiteten einen abwechslungsreichen und erfreulichen Aufenthalt um und in Courseulles ein. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung erlaubt Fahrten mit überschaubarer Entfernung in alle Richtungen, auch der Besuch von Caen mit dem Auto ist problemlos.
Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel ausgestattet und liegt ruhig und idyllisch.
Der supermarché mit Tankstelle in Creuilly bietet alles Erforderliche und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Strände an der Küste sind sehenswert.

Beano Restful environment in a great location
Karine and Ludovic have created a well laid-out, beautifully decorated and generously equipped gite which is highly recommended.
They were friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating, going out of their way to make sure our vintage vehicle and trailer were secure.
The gite is light and spacious with everything we needed (and more) including a great outdoor space with plenty of seating. The decor is stylish and co-ordinated, with lots of individual touches.
Cruelly sur Seulles within a few minutes' drive has shops for essentials, and there are many other interesting locations to explore within 15-30 minutes' drive.- Cleanliness

Gwendoline Gîte très confortable
Nous sommes venus pour deux nuits en famille à l'occasion d'un mariage. Nous avons passé peu de temps dans le logement mais celui ci nous a apporté tout le confort nécessaire. Bonne literie, beau séjour/cuisine, terrasse... Propreté impeccable. Belle décoration également. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli de manière chaleureuse et efficace.

Isabelle SP Maison très agrèable dans un beau village
La maison est très agréable, avec beaucoup de lumière, bien équipée et propre. Le coin jardin et sa terrasse permettent de bien profiter des beaux jours. Il y a des jeux disponibles comme une table de pong pong et de fléchettes.
Le gîte est bien situé pour faire des visites sur les plages de débarquement, entre Caen et Bayeux, et à une heure et demie du Mont Saint- Michel.

Famille de Belgique Perdu notre coeur dans la Normandie
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans le charmant petit village d'Amblie, dans une partie d'une ancienne ferme rénovée. En pleine campagne, au milieu des champs et des vaches normandes. Tout en étant à proximité de nombreux sites liés au débarquement. Le gîte offrait tout le confort nécessaire et les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques.

Charlène Confort et quiétude à la campagne
Un gîte très confortable et bien équipé à la campagne.
Au mois de décembre, nous avons apprécié le chauffage au sol et la baie vitrée parfaitement isolée.
