This old Bessin farmhouse has been carefully renovated to offer a modern, comfortable gîte. You'll appreciate the triple bay window that brings lots of light into the living room and kitchen area. Karine's trendy decor mixes vintage objects and modern engravings on the theme of Normandy and its famous spotted cows. The "Pré du Pont" gîtes are located in the charming village of Amblie, crossed by a river lined with mills, which you can follow for a lovely walk. You'll be almost equidistant from the sea, Caen and Bayeux. A peaceful vacation destination with plenty of sightseeing opportunities!
Holiday cottage adjoining gîte n°3406 and close to the owners' home. Private garden and terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. The first floor comprises a large living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with sofa (convertible bed available on request) and WC. The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190cm, 1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x190cm) and a shower room with toilet. Shared laundry room. Closed shed for bikes or motorcycles. Games on site: table tennis, darts, molky. The 2 Holiday cottages can be rented for up to 10 people.

Bonjour et bienvenue au Pré du Pont ! Nous vous accueillerons chaleureusement dans les 2 gîtes que nous avons ouvert en 2023. Nous nous sommes installés dans cette propriété pour la rénover entièrement, un projet un peu fou mais qui avance bien. Des chambres d'hôtes et peut être un autre gîte seront créés à l'avenir. Nous serons ravis d'échanger avec vous sur notre projet, les choses à faire et à voir autour de chez nous. A bientôt !

Les Bressans Superbe location
L'accueil par les chaleureux propriétaires du gîte est très agréable. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'extérieur est très bien aménagé et nous avons pu profiter avec plaisir de belles parties de fléchettes ou de ping-pong! Nous vous recommandons vivement cette très belle location pour visiter la Normandie!

Dutchies Very comfortable gite
The gite has all comforts, in and outside and is of high quality finishing.
Very quiet surroundings is a quite village, with some occasional farm sounds, which adds to the charm.
The gite is 15 drive to the Courseulles beach, 10 mins to supermarkets.
All tourist attractions ranging from Honfleur, all 5 D-Day beaches, Normandy battle memorials, battle sites and museums, Bayeux tapestry, Caen, Arromanches, St Mere Eglise to Falaise and Normandy Suisse are within a 1 hour drive so it is conveniently central.
The surrounding area is very nice, undulating and inviting for cycling trips.
Nice garage for the bicycles and super fast internet.
The hosts are very welcoming.
We loved it.

Famille très sympathique et très discrète. Vous avez profiter pleinement du gîte et loisirs extérieurs parties de fléchettes et Ping Pong sans oublié le vélo.. Le beau temps était avec vous. Bon respect des lieux.

Très bel accueil des propriétaires fort sympathiques, séjour très agréable, beaux espaces, propreté irréprochable, de belles literies. Belle adresse pour découvrir la Normandie et se ressourcer. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans aucune hésitation.

Nanou Topissime
Topissime. Très beau gîte décoré avec goût et idéalement placé en campagne au calme avec le chant des oiseaux. Très bien équipé que ce soit pour un week-end ou une semaine ou plus. Un excellent accueil avec des hôtes extrêmement sympathique. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés
