In the heart of the small town of Vire, this pretty house has been perfectly renovated to retain the charm of stone and beamed houses with a modern, well-kept interior. You'll love the cosy bedrooms, the fireside living room and the wellness area with spa. The elevated garden offers exceptional views of Vire and the church of Saint Anne. The covered terrace, equipped with a summer kitchen and plancha, is ideal for evenings out, and you can also take advantage of the private pétanque court. The gîte is a 2-minute walk from shops and restaurants in the town center, and 10 minutes from the train station and aquatic center for swimming. A small path from the gîte leads to the Vire lock. The region is ideal for hiking and discovering local Normandy produce: andouille sausages, cheeses and other dairy products, apple products, etc. The sea is 1 hour away, either in Granville or on the Côte de Nacre.
This detached house is located in the Saint Anne district on the heights of Vire: access via 2 staircases of 20 steps. The first floor comprises a living room with wood-burning stove and kitchen area (Dolce Gusto coffee machine), and a toilet. The first floor comprises a 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a 2-person bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), shower room and separate WC. Wellbeing area on 1st floor with Spa, office space. The Holiday cottage has several outdoor areas: a covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs and a summer kitchen with plancha, a hanging garden and a landscaped courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage with a pétanque court. Small herb garden. Electric roller shutters. Meet Simba and Scar, the 2 biquettes in a paddock at the end of the garden.

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette petite maison en pierres proche des commerces, mi-ville, mi-campagne. Après plus de 2 ans de travaux, nous sommes très heureux de vous accueillir dans notre gîte " La P'tite Maison Perchée". Un de nos endroits préférés : Les Cascades de Roullours, site sauvage et préservé que vous pourrez rejoindre à pied depuis le gîte.

Amélie62 Un gîte magnifique et accueillant
Gite très accueillant et magnifique qui offre des prestations irréprochables. Un spa à disposition et une terrasse très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Le gîte est situé en ville mais lorsque l'on est sur la terrasse on se croirait à la campagne. De plus il y a des chèvres et les enfants étaient ravis d'aller les nourrir avec du pain sec régulièrement. Christelle et Benoît les propriétaires nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et ont été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Vire.

Jan Best holiday home we ever rented!
The house was of a extremely high standard. Everything was great and comfortable. The garden is very nice and well kept. There is a outdoor kitchen with dining space, all covered, but light. Ideal to relax because it's quiet, specially if you use the sunbeds. You must visit the local museum. The town is nice to. The owners are very nice and very helpfull. A great compliment to them and there holiday home!

JR wunderschöne Ferien in zauberhaftem Häuschen
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem zauberhaften Häuschen über den Dächern von Vire verbracht. Die Gastgeber haben sich so lieb um uns gekümmert und alles unternommen, um uns eine schöne Zeit zu bescheren. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und rahmt die schöne überdachte Terrasse wunderbar ein. Besonders nett war auch die Gesellschaft der beiden freundlichen Ziegen. Wir empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
