Quietly situated at the entrance to a pretty rural hamlet, Le Petit Surosne is a pleasant vacation home where you can enjoy nature from the outdoor terrace. A 15-minute walk will take you to the charming village of Clécy, classified as a "Village de Caractère". You can then explore the Orne Valley and its remarkable landscapes of rocks, panoramas and waterways. Numerous outdoor activities are available on site, including canoeing, kayaking, climbing, via ferrata and hiking. Discover the charm of the guinguettes and restaurants on the banks of the Orne for convivial evenings along the water. The Vélofrancette cycle path is just 1 km from the gîte. The beaches of the Côte de Nacre are 50 minutes away.
The Holiday cottage is independent, surrounded by 1000m² of unenclosed grounds. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen and sitting area (comfortable sofa bed for 1 single bed), a large bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. The attic floor includes an open-plan bedroom for 2 people (1 x 140 cm bed). The living room opens onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, as well as an outdoor armchair and bench. The grounds are ideal for playing pétanque and molky, as well as board games.

Et c'est en famille que nous y avons passé tous nos week-end et nos vacances. Notre souhait est d'en faire un lieu paisible, de détente où nous espérons que vous y graverez de beaux souvenirs !

LIONELV Gîte très agréable et très bon accueil
Un très bon accueil m'a été réservé. Le gîte est très agréable, tranquille avec le confort nécessaire et très lumineux grâce à son exposition sud. De plus un vélo m'a été gentiment prêté avec lequel j'ai pu découvrir cette région très belle et pittoresque en plus de mes balades à moto. J'ai pu également faire la rencontre très sympathique d'habitants et de commerçants du village de Clécy. Je recommande totalement ce superbe lieu de séjour ! Merci Aurélie et Virgile

Nous avons passé une superbe soleil, la canicule pour les autres régions.
Le gîte est au calme, dans un petit lieu-dit à 1,2 klm des commerces, ayant tout le necessaire pour passer une bonne semaine.
Les activites de Clecy sont multiples .
Les randonnées velo sont superbes avec des paysages magnifiques, les guinguettes , le canoë sont des endroits à ne pas oublier.- Cleanliness
