Quietly situated at the entrance to a pretty rural hamlet, Le Petit Surosne is a pleasant vacation home where you can enjoy nature from the outdoor terrace. A 15-minute walk will take you to the charming village of Clécy, classified as a "Village de Caractère". You can then explore the Orne Valley and its remarkable landscapes of rocks, panoramas and waterways. Numerous outdoor activities are available on site, including canoeing, kayaking, climbing, via ferrata and hiking. Discover the charm of the guinguettes and restaurants on the banks of the Orne for convivial evenings along the water. The Vélofrancette cycle path is just 1 km from the gîte. The beaches of the Côte de Nacre are 50 minutes away.

The Holiday cottage is independent, surrounded by 1000m² of unenclosed grounds. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen and sitting area (comfortable sofa bed for 1 single bed), a large bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. The attic floor includes an open-plan bedroom for 2 people (1 x 140 cm bed). The living room opens onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, as well as an outdoor armchair and bench. The grounds are ideal for playing pétanque and molky, as well as board games.
