Set in a hamlet, this Caen stone house offers a harmonious interior where contemporary meets antique style for a touch of elegance. When necessary, Jérémie himself makes the furniture to measure (for example, the TV cabinet). The terrace is sheltered from the wind and ideal for lounging. By bike, take advantage of the cycle path 500m away, which leads to Luc sur Mer and Caen (8km), and Ouistreham (15km). Bayeux and the D-Day landing sites are less than 30 minutes away.

On the property, this detached house offers on the first floor a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchair), a pellet-burning insert, a kitchen and a shower room with toilet. The attic floor comprises 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160x200cm), the 2nd with 2 single beds (80x190cm). The enclosed courtyard features a terrace, garden table and deckchairs. A lawn is available in front of the Holiday cottage. The TV is connected. A Bluetooth sound bar is also available. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso. Full baby equipment available on request.

    Séjour normand

    Dans une région que nous connaissions parfaitement, nous avons séjourné dans ce charmant gîte entre Caen et la proximité des plages. Le confort,l'équipement et la tranquillité, nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour.

    Tout à proximité

    Il est compact,mais soigné et confortable.
    Caen et les plages sont à proximité et les commerces sont nombreux.
    L'accueil,etcetera est excellent et bien que le gîte soit proche d'autres maisons, il y a suffisamment d'intimité.
    Un seul commentaire, un tapis de passage plus grand à l'entrée serait pratique, c'est tout.

    Belle localisation pour le thème du débarquement

    Séjour agréable avec une localisation idéale pour le mémorial de Caen et les plages du débarquement.
    Gîte confortable équipé d’un poêle qui favorise le sentiment de cocon.
    Émilie a été bonne conseillère pour découvrir la région et a été à l’écoute de nos remarques.

    Belle surprise

    Court séjour mais très agréable par l'accueil des propriétaires et par la localisation de ''la petite maison'' idéalement placée entre mer et Caen .
    Si vous aimez un environnement verdoyant et vivre dans un gîte à la déco pierres de Caen, poutres, etc..c'est l'adresse idéale !!
