Set in a hamlet, this Caen stone house offers a harmonious interior where contemporary meets antique style for a touch of elegance. When necessary, Jérémie himself makes the furniture to measure (for example, the TV cabinet). The terrace is sheltered from the wind and ideal for lounging. By bike, take advantage of the cycle path 500m away, which leads to Luc sur Mer and Caen (8km), and Ouistreham (15km). Bayeux and the D-Day landing sites are less than 30 minutes away.
On the property, this detached house offers on the first floor a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchair), a pellet-burning insert, a kitchen and a shower room with toilet. The attic floor comprises 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160x200cm), the 2nd with 2 single beds (80x190cm). The enclosed courtyard features a terrace, garden table and deckchairs. A lawn is available in front of the Holiday cottage. The TV is connected. A Bluetooth sound bar is also available. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso. Full baby equipment available on request.

Steph et Matt Family holiday
We had a fabulous week. The accommodation was comfortable and enough space for 3 of us. The property is well equipped, Emilie and her family were very welcoming. The accommodation is on a working farm, around a 15 min walk from the bakery in the village. There are walks around the farm, and it is a short drive to all the Normandy and D Day beaches. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Vinnie Excellent Gite and location
The gite was gorgeous, very comfortable and welcoming . The location meant many day trips were had to convenient beaches and villages . Beautiful walks on the doorstep and a stroll to the local village to an excellent bakery was a must most days !
The secure garden was ideal for our dog and meant we could relax knowing he was safe.- Cleanliness
