Semi-detached house with a Holiday cottage n°2364 (6 people), in a shared courtyard including the owners' home, another Holiday cottage, n°2502 (11 people). First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, shower room with WC. The 1st floor features a large living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, gaming table and recreation of a 1940s classroom, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Access to the mezzanine is via bedroom 2. Private area in the courtyard with garden table, communal garden with vegetable patch, relaxation area at the end of the property. Bicycles and scooters available.

Famille très agréable et respectueuse des lieux .Vous pouvez les accueillir sans problème.

Tom Un lieu chaleureux.
Maison très agréable et bien décorée.
Elle est confortable et facile à vivre avec sa belle cuisine et son salon cocooning avec sa belle cheminée.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous avons adoré avoir du bois à volonté pour alimenter la cheminée.
Ils nous ont donné des conseils durant le séjour.
Le stationnement se fait dans la rue mais celà ne pose pas de problèmes.
La maison comme le quartier sont très calmes.

Ninine Gites de Noël
Gite atypique, décoré avec goût aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. À l'arrivée nous avons découvert un sapin de Noël et une boîte de chocolats au pied de celui-ci, très jolie attention.
La cheminée était fort appréciée, car il y faisait froid, malgré la présence des radiateurs réglés au plus fort.
Les propriétaires devraient penser à refaire l'isolation thermique au niveau des fenêtres, car il y avait une prise d'air importante.
Les chambres étaient joliments décorées, dommage que les lits soient de petites tailles 140x190cm.
La cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle.
Le gîte est très bien situé, pas très loin du centre ville à pied, c'est aussi un endroit stratégique et historique pour les plages du débarquement ( JUNO BEACH, Omaha beach...).- Cleanliness

Simon Cute little historic Gite
We had a nice stay in this Gite with our family of 5. Brigitte and Philippe are wonderful kind people and gave us a great welcome and very very patient with my limited French speaking ability. We used their bikes for a nice ride one day and they were very easygoing. It would have been nice to have a few extra kitchen facilities including a kitchen towel and a spatula. But these things are minor. The Gite was clean and warm, the beds and linen were comfortable enough albeit a little worn. Overall it was a great place to spend a week.
